Fred Cheney, Founding owner, began his Turfgrass Career as Golf Course Superintendent at Wentworth by the Sea in Newcastle, NH. A graduate of the University Massachusetts Turf School, Fred also holds a Bachelor of Plant and Soil Science from UMASS. He also worked as the Scott’s Turf Representative for the Rose Bowl, Dodger Stadium and Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles California.
Partner Tim Pickering, Spray Tech for the Seacoast Area, is a graduate of Elon University with a degree in Sports Management.
Manager David Ricker has thirty years of Management experience and loves healthy, weed free lawns!
